1. Divers must perform seven unique dives: three voluntaries (DD 1.8) and four optionals. Round 1 to 3 consist of voluntary dives, while Round 4 to 7 consist of optional dives, with no repeats. Voluntaries must cover three categories, and optionals must cover four categories. All dives are performed from 1M, and any skill dive used as an optional or voluntary will have an assigned DD of 1.0.
